About Me

After studying Art and Design at St Albans college of Art, Victoria went on to do a BA hons degree in Metalwork and Jewellery at Sheffield Hallam university. This was followed by a PGCE in Art Education at Breton Hall college at the stunning Yorkshire Sculpture Park.

As a fully qualified teacher Victoria has taught Art, Ceramics and Glass in numerous settings, from Secondary Schools, Sixth Form and FE Colleges, as well as community based Adult Education.

Victoria has had her own Stained Glass Studio for some 20 years now, working in glass to commission, as well as making work for Exhibitions, Craft Markets, Shops, Galleries, Art Trails and Open Studio events.

She also gives regular demo’s to Art groups, Schools and Arts Festival audiences too.

Victoria now runs most of her teaching workshops to only very small groups, in her beautiful purpose built garden studio, which offers a relaxed and personal atmosphere, as well a weekly classes at the much loved Midlands Arts Centre, MAC Birmingham.

Victoria is also a supporter of the ‘Just a Card campaign’ which encourages people to support, value and buy from artists, makers, independent shops and small businesses.
